Anesthesia:

We utilize the safest available anesthetics to provide an extra margin of safety, especially for our older or high-risk patients. Using the most modern equipment, the patient's vital signs are monitored during all anesthetic procedures. Our doctors are devoted and focused on every pet under anesthesia. Our doctors are not distracted during the procedure with other appointments or patients and never leave a patient's side that is anesthetized. Here is a list of the vitals we closely monitor during every:

  • Heart rate
  • Heart rhythm (ECG)
  • End tidal CO2
  • Respiration
  • Oxygen Saturation (pulse ox)
  • Blood pressure
