Canine Senior Screening Profiles:
(A) Senior Wellness Plan BASIC - Ideal for a simple screening during your dog's next check-up, includes:
□ Thorough head-to-tail Senior Wellness Exam
□ Blood Work and Urinalysis - comprehensive screening analyzing the major body systems
□ Heartworm / Tick Fever / Lyme screening
□ Free Fecal Test - screens for parasites, microscopic eggs & Giardia (which is contagious to humans)
(B) Senior Wellness Plan PLUS - Includes the basic check as well as a more thorough heart check-up and x-rays. Includes all of the above, plus:
□ Full body (chest and abdominal) X-rays - this can be crucial in finding things from arthritis to enlarged organs or tumors
□ EKG - checks for abnormal heart rhythm
□ Blood Pressure - high blood pressure can damage a dog's body systems and lead to blindness
(C) Senior Wellness Plan COMPREHENSIVE - Most comprehensive work-up, ideal for older pets needing dentals or for owners especially concerned about minimizing the risks of anesthesia with screening tests.
Includes all of the above, plus:
□ More extensive blood work including testing for Valley Fever & Tick Fever titer levels
□ Dental Cleaning - ultrasonic scaling, polishing, fluoride treatment, OraVet Sealant, and digital dental x-rays
□ Full box of OraVet home care sealant kit - helps prevent further tartar build-up & helps prolong time needed before another dental

Cats are interesting in that they hide many symptoms of disease until the later stages. Simple bloodwork during a senior check-up exam can help detect hidden issues that can be treated.
(A) Senior Wellness Plan BASIC:
□ Senior Examination
□ Bloodwork and Urinalysis - comprehensive bloodwork checking major body systems
□ Feline leukemia and Feline Aids viral testing
□ Free fecal intestinal parasite test - screens for parasites, microscopic eggs & Giardia (which is contagious to humans)
(B) Senior Wellness Plan PLUS, includes all of the above, plus:
□ Full body (chest and abdominal) X-rays
□ EKG - checks for abnormal heart rhythm
□ Blood Pressure - high blood pressure can damage a cat's body systems and lead to blindness
□ Hypertension (high blood pressure) is commonly found in older cats with kidney disease
