Boarding

We offer both canine and feline boarding services for our clients.

We know that your pet is part of your family, so you can be assured that they are well taken care of when they stay with us. Our feline guests stay in a separate cat ward away from barking dogs. Our canine guests stay in one of three large wards, with smaller dogs separated in their own private ward.

  • All dogs are walked at least 3 times daily and are provided plenty of bedding, water, and a high quality food.
  • Our indoor kennels are climate controlled, and our outdoor walking area has a cooling mist system and shade for the Arizona summer heat.
  • Our veterinarians are on call for the medical care of our boarding pets, even during every weekend and holiday!
  • Our trained kennel staff always alert a veterinary technician or doctor if any concern arises during the pet’s stay.
  • Arrange to have your pet bathed, or even schedule a doctor’s appointment during their stay.
  • All geriatric, diabetic, or special needs pets always stay up front in the treatment area so we can give them the extra attention they require.

What are the requirements to board your pet?

  • Cats must be current on Rabies and FVRCP vaccinations at the time you make the reservation
  • Dogs must be current on Bordetella, Distemper/Parvo, and Rabies at the time you make the reservation
  • We require every guest to either currently be on flea & tick prevention, or have an application the day they arrive for a small fee.
  • Since we offer boarding services that include monitoring and care from our medical staff, we require an examination by one of our doctors within one year of the boarding reservation.
  • All medications or vitamins must be brought in original labeled containers (no zip-lock baggies).

You can choose for your pet to have extra walks if you feel they need them. You may bring your own food, however, we recommend not bringing a lot of toys since they can sometimes get caught up in our drain. One of the primary benefits of boarding in our hospital facility is knowing our trained kennel staff will alert a veterinary technician or doctor if any medical problem or concern arises.  A veterinarian is always on call for the care of our boarding pets, throughout every weekend and holiday.
